8game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, including in response to changes in PAGCOR regulations, Philippine law, or Platform operations. When material changes are made, 8game will notify registered players by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the 8game Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account and withdrawal of your balance prior to the effective date.
