• Payment Processors: GCash (Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc. / Mynt), PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other Philippine payment service providers, to process your deposit and withdrawal transactions. Each processor operates under its own privacy policy and is responsible for its own data handling practices.
• KYC and Identity Verification Partners: Licensed identity verification and AML screening services engaged by 8game to perform PAGCOR-mandated Know Your Customer checks. These partners process your KYC documents solely for verification purposes under binding data processing agreements.
• Game Software Providers: Third-party game studios (such as those providing live casino, slots, and e-Sabong content) receive anonymized session identifiers necessary to operate games within the 8game Platform. These providers do not receive your full personal profile.

8game retains your personal data for the periods specified below, after which data is securely deleted or anonymized:

The 8game Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above in compliance with Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations. 8game does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age. Age verification is a mandatory step in the 8game KYC process.

If 8game discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately suspended, the personal data will be securely deleted, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR in accordance with regulatory obligations. 8game may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in Philippine law, NPC guidelines, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or 8game's data processing practices. The effective date at the top of this Policy will be updated each time a new version is published. Your continued use of the 8game Platform after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
